Ingredients for Homemade Veg Pizza Recipe
 250 g All-purpose flour
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Baking soda
 ½ tsp Sugar
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ cup Homemade curd
 1 tbsp Oil
 2 tbsp Readymade pizza sauce
 3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
 1 qt Green Capsicum
 1 qt Yellow Capsicum
 1 qt Red Capsicum
 1 qt Onion
 Corn, as needed
 Fried Paneer Cubes, as needed
 Oregano, as needed
 Chilli Flakes, as needed
 Olives, as needed

Method of preparation of homemade veg pizza

Take a bowl; add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt and mix them well.

Now add curd and mix it lightly with your hands.

Add oil and mix it well until dough is formed.

Apply oil to your hands and on a plate to knead the dough. Now place the dough on the plate. Knead it continuously until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Knead it in a rhythmic manner at least for 8 to 10 minutes.

Shape the dough into a ball without any cracks on it.

Take a bowl and apply oil all over its inner side. Now place the dough in the bowl, apply oil over it and close it, to avoid drying of dough.

Now allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

If we check after 30 minutes, the dough would have been risen and soft.

Take a wide pan and spread oil over it. Please, don’t turn on the stove now.

Place the pizza dough on it. Press the dough to spread on the pan.

Press it thinner at the center and note that the sides should be bit thicker. Stretch it into 12-inch circle.

Now turn the stove on with low flame and place the pan with dough on it.

Randomly, poke holes on the dough using a fork.

Apply readymade pizza sauce over the dough, only at the thinner part at the center.

Add mozzarella cheese over the sauce as next layer.

Again, layer it with veggies like onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, corn, and fried paneer pieces. Finally sprinkle little more mozzarella cheese.

Now, close it with a lid. After 5 minutes, open it and add oil along the sides.

Leave it to cook for 10 to 12 minutes at low flame.

After 10 minutes, the homemade veg pizza is almost ready with melted cheese and delicious look.

Now transfer it to a plate, sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano and olives (optional) over the hot homemade veg pizza.
