Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:
 1 ½ cups Basmati Rice
 1 cup Large Onion (chopped)
 1 cup Spring Onion (chopped)
 1 cup Beans (chopped)
 1 cup Carrot (chopped)
 4 qts Eggs
 ¼ tsp Soy Sauce
 Salt & Pepper Powder as Required
 Oil as Required

Method of Preparation:

Boil water in a utensil and add salt, pepper powder and a spoon of sunflower oil and add the pre soaked basmati rice to it; let it cook well.

When the basmati rice cooked till 80%, drain out the rice (starch) water, and keep the boiled rice dry.

Take another tawa and heat oil in it. Add four eggs to the hot oil and scramble the eggs finely.

When the eggs cooked well, top it up with spring onion and get it out of flame.

Again, add oil to tawa and heat it. And to the hot oil add the onion. When the onion cooked well, add carrot, beans and salt for taste to the pan; let them cook.

Then, add the spring onion. When the added vegetables attain half boiled condition, add the pre boiled basmati rice, and soy sauce and stir gently.

After some gentle stirrings, add the scrambled eggs and stir gently.

When the food attains a proper cooked condition, remove the food to a bowl and decorate it with spring onion toppings. Now, the charming and tempting Egg Fried Rice is ready to be served and win the heart of your kids.
