 1 ½ cups Basmati rice
 500 g Boneless chicken
 1 tsp Corn flour
 ¼ tsp Pepper powder
 2 tsp Soya sauce
 3 qts Egg
 1 tsp Chopped garlic
 1 cup Chopped spring onion
 1 tbsp Chopped beans
 1 tbsp Chopped carrot
 1 tbsp Chopped cabbage
 1 tsp Vinegar
 Oil as required
 Salt as required

Method of preparation of chicken fried rice
Step-1 Cooking Basmati Rice

Soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.

Boil 4 cups of water in a pan. Add 1tsp of oil and 1tsp of salt to the boiling water. Now add the basmati rice to it.

Once it is cooked up to 80%, drain the water and leave it to cool. This gives the best texture to the chicken fried rice.

Step-2 Frying chicken and egg

Clean and cut the chicken pieces; add corn flour, pepper, 1tsp of soya sauce and salt as required. Mix it well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan and add 1tbsp of oil. Fry the marinated chicken in it. Fry until it turns golden brown.

In the same pan, fry the eggs adding salt and pepper. Once it is fried, sprinkle spring onion and keep it aside.

Take a pan, heat it and add 2tbsp of oil.

Add chopped ginger, garlic and 1tbsp of finely chopped lower portion of spring onion. Sauté it well.

Now add beans, carrot, cabbage, and salt to it. Allow it to cook.

Add the fried chicken pieces, fried eggs, and boiled basmati rice to it.

Add vinegar, 1tsp of soya sauce, a pinch of pepper, salt, sugar, and mix it well at low flame
