Ever you felt that you ran out of snacks for kids, during your evening teatime. Don’t worry anymore. Here we bring you the Mushroom Manchurian (dry), specially for your kids and family members, in our Hotspot Kitchen. Delight you kids with the yummy Mushroom Manchurian (dry).
Wash and clean the button mushrooms and chop them into pieces.
Add 4 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 tablespoon of water, and salt for taste and mix them well.
Then, add a teaspoon of Maida flour and mix them well.
Chop the capsicum, spring onion and onion.
Add oil to a pan and deep fry the chopped button mushroom.
Then in another pan heat 3 teaspoons of oil and sauté the chopped garlic; add the chopped onion and capsicum later.
Add salt, pepper powder, spring onion, soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar to the mixture. Make a corn flour solution and add it to the mixture; finally add the fried mushrooms to the mixture and toss it until the corn flour sticks to the mushrooms.
When the mushroom and the ingredients are well cooked, the yummy tummy Mushroom Manchurian (dry) snack is ready to be served with the tea. Why not we try it, kids?
