Ingredients for Seer Fish Fry:
 ½ kg Sliced Seer Fish
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 tsp Fish Fry Masala
 5 ½ tsp Rice Flour
 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 qt Lemon
 Salt, as required
 Oil, as required
Method of Preparation for Seer Fish Fry

The slices for Seer Fish Fry should be thin, so that it will be softer inside and crispy outside.

To prepare the marinate, take turmeric powder, fish fry masala, rice flour, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, salt for taste in a bowl and add lemon juice and water or oil as you desire, and mix them well to make a paste.

Then apply the prepared masala paste on sliced seer fishes and cool it in a refrigerator for 10 minutes. Doing so, may help the masala stick to the fish even on frying.

Let the fish marinate in the masala paste for 20 to 30 minutes.
