Ingredients
 ½ kg Chicken
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 2 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
 1 cup Curd
 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
 ½ tsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Chicken 65 powder
 Salt, as needed
 1 tsp Butter
 1 tsp Ghee
 Oil, as needed

Wash chicken pieces 3 to 4 times in water. Make few gashes on the chicken pieces so that the masala gets into it properly and makes the homemade juicy tandoori chicken tastier.

Add turmeric powder, Kashmir chilli powder, curd, ginger garlic paste, chicken 65 powder, lemon juice, and salt to the chicken pieces and mix it well.

Marinate it for 5 to 8 hours.

Heat a pan; add butter, heat it and then add oil. Heat it in low flame and add the chicken pieces.

Close it with a lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure both the sides are cooked well.

Once it is ready place the homemade juicy tandoori chicken in a bowl.

Now heat a piece of charcoal in direct flame. Keep the hot charcoal in a small steel bowl and place it in between the homemade juicy tandoori chicken.

Add ghee to the hot charcoal to get smoke and close it with a lid. Leave it for 10 minutes. This step is to give a smoky effect to homemade juicy tandoori chicken.
