Ingredients for Nethili Fish Fry
 500 g Nethili fish
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 Crystal Salt, fistful
 Salt, as needed
 1 tsp Pepper powder
 2 tsp Chilli powder
 1 tsp Gram flour
 2 tsp Corn flour
 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
 1 tsp Homemade kuzhambu masala
 Oil, as needed

Method of preparing Nethili Fish Fry
Cleaning

Clean the fish by mixing it with crystal salt and turmeric powder.

Then wash it for 3 to 4 times with water.

Marination

Take a bowl; add pepper powder, chilli powder, gram flour, corn flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, homemade kuzhambu masala, and 2 tsp of oil. Mix them well with water and make a paste.

Apply the paste to the fish and marinate it in refrigerator for 20 minutes and in room temperature for next 10 minutes.

Frying

Take a pan and heat oil in it.

Fry the fishes in hot oil at low flame. Do not fry it for a long time as the texture of the fish turns more rubbery and spoils the crispy nature of Nithili fish fry recipe.
